Audio Visual Services Support

Buckley IT provides the Buckley community with basic audio and visual equipment, training, and technicians to meet instructional and presentation needs.

 

We place priority on support for classroom instruction!
 

  • If you need AV support assistance, please contact the Buckley Help Desk. 
     

  • For assistance in planning support for large events, please submit an entertainment checklist request (link functional only onsite).

Available To:
Faculty, staff, departments and students for Buckley on-site instructional/event use only. Equipment rentals and requests must be within the hours of 8am and 4:30pm Monday-Friday.

Requirements:

  • The Buckley Help Desk requests five (5) working days notice when possible due to finite resources and time for setup. Attempts will be made to accommodate last minute requests or changes but cannot be guaranteed. In most cases, the Buckley Help Desk will be available for setup and tear-down ONLY if the event is held during the hours of 8am and 5pm and contingent upon availability of staff. 

  • Requests must be submitted by email

  • Request must be submitted by faculty or staff members, teaching assistants, or appropriate department administrators/representatives.

  • All usage is for within the Buckley campus
